This program is for children 7-12 and a great way to keep the connection alive that youth experience at our summer camps! 

You can register your child on his or her own, and they will receive deep nature-based mentorship where they deepen their connection and knowledge of the natural world, or you can come with your children and do it together!

Learn from our Teachers: the Plants, Animals, Elements, direct and accumulated experience, our mentors and each other!

Key activities based on group interest:
Wood Carving
Map-making
Plant and Tree Identification
Shelter-making
Fire-making (friction fires and fire safety)
Stories and Songs
Bird Language
Tracking
Nature crafts & land art

Here are the 2017-18 dates:

November 18
December 16
​February 17
March 17
April 14
May 12
June 9 & 10 (overnight experience, parents welcome) 

Location: Wakefield

Time: 10:00-3:30pm and the parents are asked to join us at 3:00 to share stories from our day and do our closing.

You are also invited to stay for The Hearth, a monthly community celebration that starts at 4pm, where we share food, skills, music and stories!

Cost per session: (paid in full by September 23, 2017)
$380 child on their own
$220 adult with their child

​For those who cannot make the whole payment a payment arrangement is available to be paid in 3 installments: $400
$100 upon registering to secure your spot
$100 November 1, 2017
$200 February 1, 2018
