The warm days of May and June present an orgiastic abundance of plant foods and medicines, as well as the first flushes of mushrooms! The serious forager has their hands full, as well as their shelves, pantries, cars, and dehydrators! We are offering 4 classes from early May to to summer solstice to help negotiate this magical, if slightly overwhelming period. While there is only so much we can cover in 4 classes, we will be sure that you receive lots of resources to continue learning and practicing on your own, including week by week calendars of plant resources in our area! Our last class of this series will occur on the solstice, and include special medicine making, a big fire and a celebration.
Course fee includes all course materials, and foods and medicines to bring home.
